Hailing from New Delhi, Rajni has an exceptional academic background with a Bachelors in Psychology as well as double Masters degrees, namely,M.Sc. in Applied Psychology and MBA - HR. She has more than two decades of experienceof working with various Indian and Multi-national organisations of repute in Human Resource, Recruitment & Administration. Her knowledge in the field of Psychology has been an added advantage which has always helped her in accessing the candidates and choosing the right fit for the right job.
She has worked on the various projects during her tenure and helped her organisations in growing and formulating the right processes and policies as per the need of the hour.
Rajni is also a trained GCC certified counsellor from UCLA having a rich experience of working in different corporate which helps her in connecting different career choices with the real-life scenarios. She has been providing education counselling services to School and College students for quite some time.
